Returns and Refunds Policy

At Valor Health Systems Inc., we are committed to delivering the highest quality telehealth care, affordable access to licensed medical providers, and convenient prescription fulfillment. Our mission is to provide a frictionless, patient-centered experience from consultation through delivery.

Prescription Medications

Due to federal and state regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed by a pharmacy.

Once your payment has been processed and your order has been transferred to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS), all sales are final.

You may log into your Valor Health Systems account prior to shipment to:

  • Update your shipping address or payment method

  • Modify your order or cancel an active subscription

If your prescription order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or becomes lost during transit, please contact our team immediately at hello@valorhealthhq.com. We will work directly with our pharmacy and shipping partners to resolve the issue.


Non-Prescription (Over-the-Counter) Products

Valor Health Systems Inc. may accept returns on unopened, non-prescription items within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Patient Care Team at hello@valorhealthhq.com.

  2. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs (COD returns are not accepted).

Returned products must arrive in their original, unopened condition. Items that appear tampered with, opened, or damaged may be denied for refund.

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Lost or Delayed Packages

In rare cases where a package is lost in transit, Valor Health Systems Inc. will work with the carrier to locate or reship your order.

Please note:

  • Weather or courier delays may impact delivery times.

  • Since we do not currently ship temperature-sensitive or refrigerated items, moderate shipping delays will not affect product quality.

If your package does not arrive at the address you provided, contact hello@valorhealthhq.com so we can assist with tracking or replacement.
